Information For Making E-Payments
For
Business Taxes and Corporate Income Taxes |

The return and remittance are due on or before
the due date of the month following the month during which tax is
accrued.
NOTE: EFT payment information must be transmitted by 4:00 p.m. CST (Central
Standard Time) on or before the due date, to be considered timely
paid.
Returns filed after the due date are subject
to a "failure to timely file" penalty equal to the greater of
10% of the tax required to be paid on the return or $50.00. Tax payments
received after the due date are subject to a "failure to timely pay"
penalty equal to 10% of the delinquent tax. If the tax is not timely paid,
interest is also due at the same rate established by the Secretary of
the Treasury under authority of 26 USC 6621. |
Select E-Pay |
From the Main Menu, select the “E-Pay” button to ‘Make a Payment’.

Select Tax Type |
From the drop-down, select the applicable tax type. If a tax type is not displayed, contact the EFT Unit at 800-322-4106, Option 7.

Payment Period Selection |
For Business Taxes:
To submit this period’s payment, click on the radio button next to the current period. To submit a previous period payment, click on the radio button and select the period from the drop-down. For billings, the payment period is the tax period shown on the billing letter. If there are multiple periods on the billing letter, you must select the latest tax period as the payment period.
For Corporate Taxes:
Select the beginning and ending month, day and year. Select the business type of 'Corporation' or 'Partnership', if applicable. For billings, the payment period is the tax period shown on the billing letter. If there are multiple periods on the billing letter, you must select the latest tax period as the payment period.

Tax Payment Information |
Payment Type: Select 'Return' if your payment is for a Tax Return, or " or 'Invoice/Assessment' if your payment is for an outstanding billing, such as an Accounts Receivable Invoice or Assessment. NOTE: Unpaid billings that have been transferred to ADOR's Collections Services Division (CSD) should not be paid through this system. Contact CSD for available payment methods.
Payment Amount: Enter amount of payment.

Billing I.D. |
For Selection of Invoice / Assessment: System will display the Billing I.D. referenced on the billing notice you received from the ADOR. NOTE: The Billing I.D. is not applicable for some tax types, and therefore, the Billing I.D. page will not be displayed.

Confirmation |
Confirmation Number: The confirmation number will begin with N followed by 10 numbers, and denotes submission of the payment is complete.
Payment Submission Date and Time: Denotes date and time payment was submitted.
Payment Date: Denotes date payment will be initiated with taxpayer’s bank.
