Request for Bulk Alabama Income Tax Forms (2010 and 2011 Years Only)

If you are ordering forms to be delivered to an address that is outside of the United States (except for Military), please do not use this form but contact the Forms Officer to place your order.

For individuals, you may qualify to file your Federal and Alabama income tax returns for FREE if you meet one of the following requirements:

  1. If you qualify for the Earned Income Credit.
  2. If you meet certain federal Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) limits.
  3. If you are active duty military (income limitations).
