For individuals, you may qualify to file your Federal and Alabama income tax returns for FREE if you meet one of the following requirements:

  1. If you qualify for the Earned Income Credit.
  2. If you meet certain federal Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) limits.
  3. If you are active duty military (income limitations).
