When Contacting ADOR via e-mail, taxpayers should be aware that e-mail may not be a secure method of communication. By submitting any e-mail to the Department of Revenue, taxpayers are giving their approval (under Section 40-2A-10(a), Code of Alabama 1975) for a response via e-mail by the Department of Revenue.

This page should not be used for Income Tax refund or billing inquires. Current Year Refund inquiries should be done ONLINE or by PHONE through the REFUND HOTLINE 334-353-AL40 (2540). Billing inquiries should be done using the number listed on the billing letter or by writing to the address on the letter.
