• Fee ($10 per category).
  
  
• Completed Application.   
  
  
• Garage liability insurance (combined single limit of $75,000).  The certificate of liability insurance would come from your insurance agent. (Sample Certificate)
  
  
• Dealer bond ($10,000 used dealers, $25,000 new dealers) must have a power of attorney attached dated the same date as the bond.
  
  
• Bond Continuation Certificate.
  
  
• Proof of an operable, verifiable land -line telephone at the location in the business name or your name, if an individual owner.
  
  
• Sales tax number, if retail (May apply online at http://www.revenue.alabama.gov/salestax/register.html   or contact Business Registration at 334-242-1584).
  
  
• Picture of sign and lot, if retail.
