Under the authority of Section 40-17-31, CODE OF ALABAMA 1975, Commissioner of Revenue James P. Hayes, Jr., directed that the aviation tax rates effective September 1, 1999, will decrease as follows:
| Jet or Turbine Fuel | - $.010 per gallon |
| Aviation Gasoline | - $.030 per gallon |
