| TO: | ALL LICENSED DISTRIBUTORS OF AVIATION FUELS WHO FILE AVIATION EXCISE TAX RETURNS |
Under the authority of Section 40-17-31, Code of Alabama 1975, Commissioner of Revenue G. Thomas Surtees, has directed that the aviation tax rates to be effective September 1, 2004, will remain as follows:
| Jet or Turbine Fuel | - | $.009 per gallon |
| Aviation Gasoline | - | $.027 per gallon |
A supply of aviation fuel tax forms will be sent to you in a separate envelope.
