AVIATION RATES
Under the authority of Section 40-17-31, Code of Alabama 1975, Commissioner of Revenue Michael Patterson, directed that the aviation tax rates effective September 1, 2000, will remain as follows:
Jet or Turbine Fuel - $.010 per gallon
Aviation Gasoline - $.030 per gallon
A supply of aviation fuel tax forms will be sent to you in a separate envelope.
