On September 1, 2000, a notice was sent concerning the reporting of fuel diversions to the National Fuel Diversion Registry. Enclosed is a Diversion Registration Input Sheet that contains the information that is required in order to receive a diversion registration number.
Item number four (4) on the Diversion Registration Input Sheet pertains to the Loading Terminal IRS Terminal Number. The last four digits of the IRS Terminal Number must be included when reporting a fuel diversion. Enclosed for your convenience is a listing of the terminals located in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and Mississippi and their respective terminal number.
