TO: ALL PERSONS, FIRMS, AND CORPORATIONS making sales at retail in the Town of Arley, Alabama and its police jurisdiction (Winston County).

The governing body of the Town of Arley has adopted a resolution discontinuing the services rendered by the Alabama Department of Revenue in collecting the sales taxes for the town. This resolution became effective at 12:00 midnight May 31, 2000. Therefore, your last Town of Arley sales tax return to be filed with the Alabama Department of Revenue will be for the month of May 2000 due on June 20, 2000.

Effective with your sales taxes for June 2000 please remit said taxes to:

On or before July 20, 2000 the Town of Arley will provide you with new forms to be used in filing the Town of Arley returns directly with them.
