TO: ALL PERSONS, FIRMS, AND CORPORATIONS making sales at retail, and purchasing tangible personal property for use, storage, or other consumption in Baldwin County, Alabama.

The governing body of Baldwin County has adopted Resolution No. 2001-07 discontinuing the services rendered by the Alabama Department of Revenue in collecting the sales and use taxes for the County. This resolution was effective at 12:00 midnight February 28, 2001. Therefore, your last Baldwin County sales and use tax return filed with the Alabama Department of Revenue was for the month of February 2001.

Effective with your sales and use taxes for March 2001 please remit said taxes to:

On or before April 20, 2001 Baldwin County will provide you with new forms to be used in filing the Baldwin County returns.
