The governing body of the Town of Branchville has adopted a resolution discontinuing the services rendered by the Alabama Department of Revenue in collecting the sales and use taxes for the town. This resolution will be effective at 12:00 midnight August 31, 2001. Therefore, your last Town of Branchville sales and use tax filed with the Alabama Department of Revenue will be for the month of August 2001. The return for August 2001 is due on or before September 20, 2001.
Your Town of Branchville sales and use taxes for September 2001 which are due on or before October 20, 2001, should be remitted to:
