The governing body of Town of Clayton has adopted a resolution discontinuing the services rendered by the Alabama Department of Revenue in collecting the sales and use taxes for the Town. This resolution is effective at 12:00 midnight February 28, 2005. Therefore, your last Town of Clayton sales and use tax return filed with the Alabama Department of Revenue is for the month of February 2005. The February return is due by March 20, 2005.
Effective with your sales and use taxes for March 2005, which is due on April 20, 2005 please remit said taxes to:
