The governing body of the Town of Cuba has adopted a resolution discontinuing the services rendered by the Alabama Department of Revenue in collecting the sales and use taxes for the town. This resolution was effective at 12:00 midnight April 30, 2001. Therefore, your last Town of Cuba sales and use tax payment filed with the Alabama Department of Revenue was for the month of April 2001. The return for April was due on or before May 20, 2001.
Your Town of Cuba sales and use taxes for May 2001 which are due on or before June 20, 2001, should be remitted to:
