The governing body of Cullman County has adopted a resolution discontinuing
the services rendered by the Alabama Department of Revenue in collecting the
sales, use, and lodgings taxes for the County. This resolution became effective
at 12:00 midnight June 30, 1998. Therefore, your last Cullman County
sales, use, and lodgings tax return filed with the Alabama Department of Revenue
was for the month of June 1998.
Effective with your sales, use, and lodgings taxes for July 1998 please remit said taxes to:

On or before August 20, 1998 Cullman County will be providing you with new forms to be used
in filing the County returns directly with them.
