The governing body of the City of Evergreen has adopted a resolution discontinuing the services rendered by the Alabama Department of Revenue in collecting the sales and lodgings taxes for the city. This resolution is effective at 12:00 midnight October 31, 2001. Therefore, your last City of Evergreen sales and/or lodgings tax returns filed with the Alabama Department of Revenue will be for the month of October 2001. The return for October 2001 is due on or before November 20, 2001.
Your City of Evergreen sales and/or lodgings taxes for November 2001 which are due on or before December 20, 2001, should be remitted to:
