The governing body of Town of Frisco City has adopted a resolution discontinuing the services rendered by the Alabama Department of Revenue in collecting the sales and rental taxes for the Town. This resolution is effective at 12:00 midnight March 31, 2005. Therefore, your last Town of Frisco City sales and rental tax return filed with the Alabama Department of Revenue is for the month of March 2005. The March return is due by April 20, 2005.
Effective with your sales and rental taxes for April 2005 which is due on May 20, 2005 please remit said taxes to:
