The governing body of the Town of Loxley has adopted a resolution discontinuing the services rendered by the Alabama Department of Revenue in collecting the sales and use tax for the town. This change is effective at 12:00 midnight September 30, 2001. Therefore, your last Town of Loxley sales and use tax return filed with the Alabama Department of Revenue will be for the month of September 2001. The return for September 2001 is due on or before October 20, 2001.
Your Town of Loxley sales and use tax for October 2001, which is due on or before November 20, 2001, should be remitted to:
