The governing body of the Town of Midland City has adopted a resolution discontinuing the services rendered by the Alabama Department of Revenue in collecting the sales and use taxes for the town. This resolution is effective at 12:00 midnight November 30, 2003. Therefore, your last Town of Midland City sales and use tax returns filed with the Alabama Department of Revenue will be for the month of November 2003. The return for November 2003 is due on or before December 20, 2003.
Your Town of Midland City sales and use taxes for December 2003 which are due on or before January 20, 2004, should be remitted to:
