NOTE:  Baldwin County has partnered with the Alabama Department of Revenue in obtaining the Department's E-Filing Services for their taxpayers. This means that Baldwin County's taxes are available to be e-filed through the Alabama Paperless Filing and Payment System as non-state administered (self administered) local taxes. Taxpayers can e-file and e-pay Baldwin County's taxes through the Internet method only; the telephone filing method is not available for filing and paying self-administered local taxes. Baldwin County taxes that are e-filed must be e-paid; payment by paper check is not allowed for self-administered local taxes e-filed through the system. Baldwin County's tax returns and payments made through the system will be directly submitted to Baldwin County.
