Effective October 1, 2001.
As authorized by Law, on August 27, 2001 the governing body of the City of Clanton adopted Ordinance No. 6-2001 levying a use tax in addition to the City of Clanton’s sales tax effective October 1, 2001. The use tax rates are indicated below:
