Effective October 1, 2006.

The Town of Cleveland has levied a rental tax as shown below:

If leasing or renting of tangible personal property is made outside the corporate limits of the city but within the police jurisdiction. The rates of rental tax in the police jurisdiction are one-half of those stated above.

Your Town of Cleveland taxes should be remitted to:
