Effective January 1, 2005.

The City of Mobile has increased their lodgings tax as shown below:

If lodgings are offered to transients outside the corporate limits of the city but within the police jurisdiction. The rate of lodgings tax in the police jurisdiction is 3%.

Your City of Mobile taxes should be remitted to:
