The Department has reviewed your account for the calendar year 2003 and has determined your average monthly State Sales Tax liability decreased to less than $1,000.00. As a result of this decline in liability you should cease to make estimated payments of State Sales Tax.
Please use your September 2004 return to take credit for the estimate paid on your August 2004 return; however, do not make an estimate payment for October.
