Effective June 1, 2005.

The Town of Westover has levied a rental tax as shown below:

The Westover rental ordinance also levies a rental tax on leasing or renting of tangible personal property outside the corporate limits of the city but within the police jurisdiction. The rates of rental tax in the police jurisdiction are one-half of those stated above.
