WINFIELD

Effective May 1, 2005.

The City of Winfield has levied a new rental tax as shown below:

The Winfield rental ordinance also levies a rental tax on leasing or renting of tangible personal property outside the corporate limits of the city but within the police jurisdiction. The rates of rental tax in the police jurisdiction are one-half of those stated above.
