Information for Self-Administered Jurisdictions |

You can file and pay certain self-administered sales, use, lodgings, and rental taxes online through ADOR's Paperless Filing & Payment System. Please note that your payment will be made directly to the self-administered jurisdiction's bank and NOT the ADOR's bank. Your return will also be sent directly to the self-administered jurisdiction and NOT the ADOR.
NOTE: Payment code 2 given on your confirmation page indicates the payment was accepted and successfully issued for authorization and settlement processing. Payment code 32 given on your confirmation page indicates the original payment was issued with a post dated payment (i.e. the payment was warehoused). Once the payment date is reached, the payment request will be sent through the normal payment authorization and settlement processing. Note that during “payment authorization and settlement processing”, the payment could be declined for various reasons, even when a payment code of 2 or 32 was initially given on the confirmation page. Click the payment code link to determine the payment code description of codes other than 2 or 32. These payments will be declined. Please contact the self-administered city or county directly to resolve any payment issues. |
