The governing body of the Town of Pennington has adopted a resolution discontinuing the services rendered by the Alabama Department of Revenue in collecting the sales and use taxes for the town. This resolution is effective at 12:00 midnight April 30, 2003. Therefore, your last Town of Pennington sales and use tax returns filed with the Alabama Department of Revenue will be for the month of April 2003. The return for April 2003 is due on or before May 20, 2003.

Your Town of Pennington sales and use taxes for May 2003 which are due on or before June 20, 2003, should be remitted to:
