The governing body of the Town of Priceville has adopted a resolution discontinuing the services rendered by the Alabama Department of Revenue in collecting the sales and use taxes for the Town. This resolution was effective at 12:00 midnight February 28, 1999. Therefore, your last Town of Priceville sales and use tax return to be filed with the Alabama Department of Revenue was for the month of February 1999. The return for February was due in this office on or before March 20, 1999.

Effective with your sales and use taxes for March 1999 due on or before April 20, 1999, please remit said taxes to:

On or before April 20, 1999 the Town of Priceville will provide you with new forms to be used in filing the town returns.
