Pursuant to Sections 11-51-200, et seq., Code of Alabama 1975, and the Town of Ranburne resolution # 04-09 adopted and approved by the Town Council of Ranburne on November 15, 2004, the Alabama Department of Revenue will begin collecting the sales and use tax previously collected by the Crockers Accounting Services, Inc. The Alabama Department of Revenue will begin collecting the Town of Ranburne sales and use taxes effective January 1, 2005. Therefore, your last Town of Ranburne sales or use tax return filed with Crockers Accounting Services, Inc. will be for the month of December 2004 due January 20, 2005.

The Law requires that the Town of Ranburne taxes be collected, reported and remitted in the same manner as the State Taxes.
