The governing body of the Town of Red Level has adopted a resolution discontinuing the services rendered by the Alabama Department of Revenue in collecting the sales and use taxes for the town. This resolution is effective at 12:00 midnight May 31, 2002. Therefore, your last Town of Red Level sales and use tax returns filed with the Alabama Department of Revenue will be for the month of May 2002. The return for May 2002 is due on or before June 20, 2002.
Your Town of Red Level sales and use taxes for June 2002 which are due on or before July 20, 2002, should be remitted to:
