The governing body of the Town of Rehobeth has adopted a resolution discontinuing the services rendered by the Alabama Department of Revenue in collecting the sales and use taxes for the town. This resolution is effective at 12:00 midnight October 31, 2001. Therefore, your last Town of Rehobeth sales and use tax return filed with the Alabama Department of Revenue will be for the month of October 2001. The return for October 2001 is due on or before November 20, 2001.
Your Town of Rehobeth sales and use taxes for November 2001 which are due on or before December 20, 2001, should be remitted to:
