The New Local Tax Return referred to as the "9501 City & County Tax Return" can be downloaded from our website along with the instructions on the use of the return. This form shall be used to report all state-administered sales, use, rental, and lodgings taxes for the periods covering April 1999 forward. If you have a local account with us, please discard all old returns for reporting periods April 1999 forward as you will be receiving the new "9501 City & County Tax Return". All of your prior local tax accounts have been closed effective March 31, 1999, and a new account number beginning with a 9501 prefix has been assigned effective April 1, 1999.
