The governing body of the Town of Summerdale has adopted a resolution discontinuing the services rendered by the Alabama Department of Revenue in collecting the sales and use taxes for the town. This resolution was effective at 12:00 midnight March 31, 2001. Therefore, your last Town of Summerdale sales and use tax filed with the Alabama Department of Revenue was for the month of March 2001. The return for March was due on or before April 20, 2001.
Your Town of Summerdale sales and use taxes for April 2001 which are due on or before May 20, 2001, should be remitted to:
