The governing body of the City of Wetumpka has adopted a resolution discontinuing the services rendered by the Alabama Department of Revenue in collecting the sales, use and rental taxes for the city. This resolution is effective at 12:00 midnight May 31, 2003. Therefore, your last City of Wetumpka sales, use and/or rental tax returns filed with the Alabama Department of Revenue will be for the month of May 2003. The return for May 2003 is due on or before June 20, 2003.
Your City of Wetumpka sales, use and rental taxes for June 2003 which are due on or before July 20, 2003, should be remitted to:
