The following changes should be noted:

• Please complete your FEIN/SSN and Permit Number in the blocks provided. This information is necessary to properly process your tax return. Failure to complete this information can result in a delay in your return/payment being posted to your account.
• Please visit the Alabama Department of Revenue's website at www.ador.state.al.us if you have questions regarding taxes that are administered by the Department. It is an excellent resource for state tax information. For your convenience, this address is shown at the top of the return.
• Please visit www.ador.state.al.us/tobaccotax/ if you wish to download the Storage Tank Trust Fund Charge Return. You may print a blank form and/or this form may be used to enter your tax information and calculate the tax due. You would then need to print the form containing your tax information and submit it along with your remittance by the 20th of the month.
