The Alabama Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund Management Board met and voted to increase the fee for each gallon of motor fuels first withdrawn from bulk in this state or delivered into this state from $.005 per gallon to $0.01 per gallon, effective October 1, 2004. The October 2004 return is due no later than November 20, 2004.
