  • Additional fees:
    • $50 annually for pre-numbered or personalized plate
    • $5 when metal plate is issued

  • Sponsoring Organization: Kruzn for a Kure Foundation
  • The net proceeds of the $50 are distributed to the Kruzn for a Kure Foundation to be used to fund research for SIOD and will contribute to the cost of materials and services in aiding Kruzn for a Kure to reach their goals. The net proceeds of the $5 shall be distributed to the Department of Revenue.
  • Primary Tag Type(s): KK (Pre-numbered)

  • The plates may be personalized.
