All other registrants desiring to purchase a license plate in this category must present to the license plate issuing official a card distributed by the organization denoting the individual’s membership in the organization. In lieu of a membership card, the registrant must present a letter signed by the chapter president, on the chapter’s letterhead, stating that the individual is a member of the fraternity. Because membership in Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., is for lifetime, it is not necessary to present these proof documents each year.
