The net proceeds of the $50 shall be distributed by the state Comptroller as follows: 50 percent to the Alabama Association of Ambulance Services and 50 percent to the Alabama Emergency Medical Services Association.. The net proceeds of the $5 shall be distributed to ALDOR.
