SUBJECT: New and Retained Design License Plates (MVD Memo 2024-003)
DATE: July 15, 2024
A new license plate, Pirate Foundation, will be available for issuance beginning August 1, 2024. A shipment of prenumbered license plates was ordered based on the pre-commitment report numbers for each county. The Choose Life/Support Adoption license plate category will have a re-issuance effective August 1, 2024, and will retain the existing design less the decal pocket. A supply of prenumbered license plates based on the number of current registrations in each country has been ordered and should be arriving soon. Personalized license plates may be ordered on demand through the ALVIN system. You may also place additional license plate orders using the ALVIN system.
