MONTGOMERY, Feb. 23, 2018 — The Alabama Department of Revenue (ADOR) will hold a rule hearing on March 13 at its central office in Montgomery. Rule actions are needed to comply with recent law changes, new guidelines or procedures. Hearing dates, times and proposed rule actions are detailed below.

810-4-2-.02 Manufactured Homes Subject to Ad Valorem Tax, amend rule. Hearing scheduled for 2 p.m.
810-4-2-.04 Exemptions from Registration Fee, amend rule. Hearing scheduled for 2 p.m.
810-4-2-.09 Move Permits, amend rule. Hearing scheduled for 2 p.m.
