The Motor Fuel Licensees Listing can be found on My Alabama Taxes:  https://myalabamataxes.alabama.gov/tap/_/.  In the Businesses Section, select the View or upload a report link. Under Motor Fuel Excise Reports, select the licensee report you wish to view.
