This year, October 31, 2026, falls on the weekend. Accordingly, the deadline to renew state/county business privilege licenses is extended to November 2, 2026. All renewals postmarked by November 2, 2026, are considered timely regardless of the receipt date. Consequently, delinquent penalties should not be imposed until November 3, 2026.
