The Alabama Department of Revenue’s ENDS Products Directory officially goes live on May 1, 2022.
In accordance with Section 28-11-17.1, Code of Alabama 1975, ALDOR has updated the directory to reflect product applications which met the September 9, 2020, deadline. In addition, the FDA Order Date, the FDA Order Type for each product, and information explaining the certification process and product restrictions have been added to the website. Appropriate entities should review the directory to determine which products may be offered for sale in Alabama as of May 1, 2022, and those who sell these products should periodically review the directory for any updates.
The directory can be found at https://myalabamataxes.alabama.gov/_/#1. To view the directory, click on “View or upload a report” in the “Businesses” section. Under Tobacco Reports, click on the ENDS Products Directory hyperlink.
